Buying a generator or a power station online usually means guessing. Specs you can't interpret, nobody to ask, and if something goes wrong afterwards you're on your own. We thought it could be done properly, with the same service you'd get standing in a store, without having to go anywhere.
So that's what we built. You always get a real person when you call and the same goes for email and chat. When a question needs deeper technical input, it goes to our in-house electrical engineer, who holds a master's in the field. And our support doesn't stop at delivery. Every customer gets lifetime support on their purchase, whether you bought from us last week or years ago.
We stock products that are tried, tested and reliable, brands with a proven track record in Australian conditions. We'd rather carry fewer products we trust than a catalogue we don't.
